01: Enquire
Fill out our client application form here. We love to hear more about you and your project, so that we have a better understanding about what you are wanting to bring to life.
02: connect
We will get in touch to set up a short discovery call to learn more about your business goals and to see if we would make a good team!
03: proposal
After our Discovery Call, we’ll share a proposal and outline of what we recommend for your project, such as pricing, payment plans, and timelines tailored to your project outcome.
04: onboard
Once we’ve decided to work together, you’ll be able to access your contract and your invoice. You will need to pay a deposit to secure your project and begin work.
05: discovery
This is where we dig deeper, whether it is a strategy workshop, brand workshop or social workshop, we will get to the bottom of what you’re wanting to achieve.
06: create
And the magic begins! We will work hard in the background to develop your project overview, which may include a digital strategy, website mood board and mockup, logo and design concepts.
07: refine
Good things take time, we will spend the time collaborating with you to make sure that your project is exactly what you’re envisioning.
08: launch
Once you’ve signed off on final approval, we’ll deliver your final assets, launch your website or start implementing your social content. Then, champagne!

- Mood-Board and Visual Direction
- 3 logo design concepts (x2 revisions of the chosen concept)
- 1 final logo design (plus icon for social media)
- Brand Guidelines Board (recommended fonts, colours and application)
Package 03: The full identity.
Timeline: 4-6 weeks (can vary)
